Program Description:
This program offers comprehensive diabetes education and is an American Diabetes Association recognized education program. All program administrators are Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE).
Instruction is offered in small groups and individual sessions, covering topics on nutrition, exercise, stress management, medication, adjustment and motivation, as well as monitoring and preventative measures. Private counseling is also available for individual, marital or family concerns.
