Program Description:
GEM - Get Enrollment Moving is a nonprofit community-based project at Citrus Valley Medical Center - Queen of the Valley Campus. We can help you and your family get needed health care programs.

You and your family members may be eligible for Medi-Cal, Health Families, Healthy Kids and other health programs. We can help you find the health insurance that is right for your family.
