Life … and personal determination … and making sure that every day is lived to the fullest.
People choose Citrus Valley Hospice for many reasons. But most people choose us because they want to embrace life. We help them through the difficult moments of serious illness and end-of-life transitions. We help them understand and manage the emotional and physical uncertainties they are experiencing, and we help them find comfortable ways to share remembrances and feelings with family members and friends.
We provide comfort and care to those who are 18 years of age or older and their loved ones. We can help you in your home, whether that be your house of 30 years, a skilled nursing facility, a board and care establishment or – when the time is right – our beautiful inpatient unit.
One thing people tell us they like about Citrus Valley Hospice is that we have been part of the community for a long time now – more than 20 years. Some people remember us as Hospice of the East San Gabriel Valley, but whatever name you know us by, our mission hasn’t changed: We are here to help you and your loved ones discover the sense of peace and fulfillment that each day can hold.
Since those closest to you play a vital role in this important journey you are undertaking, Citrus Valley Hospice offers respite services and support groups for family members who need them.
