"Eating healthy involves more than putting a combination of foods on a plate. It involves
working with behaviors and being open to new things. Working here at the diabetes center has given me the opportunity to do just that. I really enjoy teaching and coaching people into healthier lifestyles and eating habits. There is nothing better than to see someone return to us with better blood sugar readings, trimmer waist lines and brighter smiles."
