We have several options for you:
- As an American Diabetes Association recognized education program, we are able to bill most insurance plans for the education services you need including Medicare, Medi-Cal, and most PPOs.
- We have contracts with many HMO plans for diabetes education.
- We can help you find out if your insurance plan will cover our services.
- If you are a cash-paying patient, don’t worry. We can extend the same group discount rate to you that we offer to most of our large insurance plans. Certain limitations apply. Call us and we’ll work with you.
- We offer low income assistance—just ask one of our team members!
