• Wig Program: Wigs are available for patients who have lost their hair as a result of cancer therapy. Free wigs, low cost wigs, turbans, scarves and hats are also available.
   
• Breast Prosthesis Display: The display enables women to view various samples of breast prosthesis and talk about them with a trained volunteer in a comfortable, private atmosphere. Co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
   
• Look Good…Feel Better: This class helps patients cope with changes in their appearance as a result of cancer. Patients can deal with the emotional impact of hair loss during medical treatment by learning how to choose and care for a wig as well as comfortable ways to use scarves and hats. A licensed cosmetologist will assist a patient in learning new methods for applying make-up to enhance their appearance. Co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
   
• H.O.P.E. Group: A support group for people with cancer and their families. Helping Other People Effectively meets the second Tuesday of each month from 11 am - 1pm at the Cancer Resource Center, 315 N. Third Ave., Suite 303 B, Covina, Ca 91723.
   
• Breast Cancer Support Group: A group for woman who have breast cancer and would like the support of other women who share similar experiences. A health professional assists the group. The group meets on the first Tuesday monthly from 7pm-8:30pm at Inter- Community Campus Cancer Resource Center, Suite 303B of the Medical Professional Plaza Building.
   
• Women's Cancer Support Group: A support group exclusively for women dealing with uterine, cervical, ovarian and breast cancer. This group meets the third Thursday of each month at the Cancer Resource Center, 315 N. Third Ave., Suite 303 B, Covina, Ca 91723.
   
• Reiki Energy Therapy: This ancient practice of energy work is a hand-on treatment that provides the patient with healing work to help with the effects of cancer treatment. This helps to create balance and deep relaxation allowing the body to heal naturally, reduces stress and is part of our integrative program through the Cancer Resource Center. By appointment only. Appointments are on the 2nd Friday, 3rd Tuesday & Wednesday and 4th Tuesday of each month. Call for an appointment. (626) 938-7585.
   
• Grupo de Apoyo: Un grupo para personas que viven o han vivido con cancer y que quieren dar apoyo a personas con una codicion similar. Un professional de la salud facilita el grupo.
