Citrus Valley Hospice, located in West Covina, is the premier resource for people in the San Gabriel Valley who are dealing with terminal illnesses. Founded in 1979, Hospice has an extensive home-care program, as well as 10 inpatient beds when acute care is required. A team of physicians, nurses, social workers, volunteers and clergy works with patients and their families to get through this difficult period of life. Citrus Valley Hospice is one of only 38 freestanding hospices in the United States.
