Robert Curry
Rob has been the president and chief executive officer of Citrus Valley Health Partners since November 2008. He joined CVHP after serving in the same capacity for five years at O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, Calif. Before coming to O’Connor Hospital, Rob was CEO of Thunderbird Medical Center, a 440-bed Banner Health System hospital in Phoenix, Ariz., for 13 years. During four of those years, he also served as CEO of Maryvale Samaritan Medical Center, a 340-bed community hospital that was an affiliate within the Banner Health System. Rob also has held executive positions with hospital systems in Youngstown, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pa.
While in Arizona, Rob was a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and previously served as chair of the Hospital Council of Northern California. He has been actively involved in several community boards and service organizations in San Jose, Calif., and in Glendale, Ariz. Rob holds a bachelor of arts degree in economics and a master’s degree in public health administration, both from the University of Pittsburgh. |

Elvia Foulke
Elvia has been the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Citrus Valley Health Partners since 2001. Prior to that, she served as executive vice president of corporate development since 1994. From 1992 until the formation of Citrus Valley Health Partners she was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Queen of the Valley Hospital.
She previously worked as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Montgomery Ryland, Inc. (1988–1992); vice president, treasurer/chief financial officer at Centinela Hospital Medical Center (1984-1988); executive vice president, chief financial officer at Shearson/American Express Mortgage Corporation (1977-1984); and assistant controller at Sisters of Mercy in Burlingame, Calif. (1970-1977).
Elvia received her bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance from the University of California at Berkeley. She was honored as a Woman of Achievement by the San Gabriel Valley YWCA in 2003.

Lois Conyers
Lois has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Citrus Valley Health Partners for since 2001. She is a certified yoga instructor and teaches yoga to cancer survivors through the Cancer Resource Center at Citrus Valley Medical Center. In addition, she has served as chief financial officer for The Call Doctor Company in San Diego, Calif., Centura Health in Denver, Colo., Samaritan Health System in San Jose, Calif., and City of Hope National Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has also held major finance/administrative roles with Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, Calif., and Lutheran Health System in Fargo, N.D. Previously, Lois was an audit manager with a regional CPA firm specializing in health care. She has served on numerous subsidiary, joint venture, nonprofit and health care association boards.
Lois is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor of arts in accounting from Moorhead State University and a master of business administration from the University of Southern California.

Irene Bourdon
Irene has been the senior vice president of strategic & corporate development for Citrus Valley Health Partners since 2007, and is also the interim chief executive officer of the Citrus Valley Health Foundation. Prior to that she was the vice president of market planning & communications from 2000 to 2007 and the corporate director of public relations & communications from 1995 to 2000. Irene came to CVHP from Riverside Community Hospital, a 445-bed acute care hospital, where she led the marketing, corporate development and education departments for both the hospital corporation and its for-profit subsidiary.
Irene is actively involved in a number of community organizations, serving as a member of the Public Affairs Committee of the Hospital Association of Southern California, the Capital Campaign Committee of the East San Gabriel Valley Community Health Center, the San Gabriel Valley Public Affairs Network and the San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership. She received a bachelor of science degree from California State University, Long Beach and a master of public health degree from California State University, Northridge. |

John Dimare Jr., MD
Dr. DiMare is the chief medical officer of Foothill Presbyterian Hospital. Before that he was the hospital’s medical director. Dr. DiMare recently retired from practicing medicine after more than 35 years specializing in Family Practice with board certification in Geriatrics. For most of those years he practiced in Glendora and was an original staff member of FPH. Dr. DiMare is a prior chief of staff of FPH and a previous member of the FPH Board of Directors. He graduated magna cum laude from Boston College and cum laude from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. DiMare is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. |

Lisa Foust
Lisa has been the senior vice president of human resources for Citrus Valley Health Partners since 2001. She came to CVHP from Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital in Valencia, Calif., where from 2000 to 2001 she was the vice president of human resources and from 1990 to 2001 she was the president of the hospital’s health foundation. Lisa also worked at Northridge Hospital Medical Center from 1982 to 1990, where she served as director of development (1986-1990), assistant director of patient relations (1985-1986) and assistant director of development (1982-1985).
Lisa is a member of the Healthcare Human Resource Management Association of California and a fellow of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy. She received both her bachelor of science and master of public health degrees from California State University, Northridge.

Jodi Galli, RN, BN, MSN
Jodi has been the vice president of patient care services and chief nurse executive since February 2009. Prior to that she had served as the administrative director of patient care services since 2003. From 1994 until 2003, she was the director of critical care services and the Definitive Observation Unit (DOU). Jodi began her career with the organization in 1981 as a staff RN in the Medical/Surgical Unit, and in 1990 became a charge nurse in the DOU. Since 2005, she has been an instructor for the bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) and the master of science in nursing (MSN) programs for the University of Phoenix.
Jodi earned both her BSN and her MSN from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the San Gabriel Valley Nursing Leadership Council and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Richard Gisi, MD, MBA
Dr. Gisi has been the chief medical officer for Citrus Valley Medical Center since 2009. Prior to that he was the vice president of medical affairs since 1996. Dr. Gisi, a pediatrician, maintained a private solo practice in West Covina from 1979 to 1997. During that time he served as the president of the Southern California Physicians Independent Practice Association from 1985 to 1987 and 1990 to 1996. From 1977 to 1979 he practiced pediatrics with the Ross-Loos Medical Group. Dr. Gisi earned his bachelor of science degree and his medical doctorate at the University of Arizona in Tucson, and his MBA at the University of California, Irvine.

Diana Lugo-Zenner, RN, BSN, MBA
Diana is the administrator at Foothill Presbyterian Hospital and has been the vice president of support care services and chief nurse executive since 2005. She came to FPH from St. Vincent Medical Center, where she served as vice president of professional and specialty services from 2001 to 2005, prior to which she served as administrative director of cardiovascular, transplant & oncology services at St Vincent Medical Center. In addition, Diana worked at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for 15 years in a variety of capacities in the department of surgery and critical care, during which time she co-authored a number of research articles. Diana started her career as a critical care nurse in the west San Fernando Valley.
Diana is a member of Sigma Theta Tau-IOTA; the Association of California Nurse Leaders; the American Organization of Nurse Executives; the American College of Health Care Executives; the American Association of Critical Care Nurses; and the Hospital Association of Southern California – NLC San Gabriel Valley Chapter, of which she served as president in 2007 and 2008. Diana received her bachelor of science in nursing with honors and her master’s from the University of Phoenix.

David McCobb
David has been senior vice president and chief information officer of Citrus Valley Health Partners since CVHP was formed in 1994. Immediately before that he held the roles of vice president of planning and CIO; director of support services; and director of information services for Queen of the Valley Hospital. Prior to coming to Citrus Valley, David served as a consultant for Bay Harbor Hospital and the Medical Center of Garden Grove (1986-1987). He also served as assistant vice president of administrative services at San Pedro Peninsula Hospital (1983-1986); instructor of health education at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, Calif. (1979-1982); and director of Safety and Health Services for the American Red Cross (1975-1979).
David received his bachelor of arts degree from Dartmouth College and his master of public health from the University of California at Los Angeles.
